I’ve eaten at the No. 6 Restaurant for a number of years. It has good Thai food at reasonable prices. There is nothing fancy about this place but it hits the spot for a quick lunch. Don’t ask me about restaurants numbered 1 -5, I don’t know if they actually exists – but I should ask next time I’m there just to satisfy my own curiosity.
This is a cosy (i.e. small) place to eat with no frills attached. It only has 5 or 6 tables, all of which are picnic style. So when it is busy it can be tough to get a seat. Service is OK in typical Thai style.
The No. 6 Restaurant is located in Patong Beach just to the north of Bangla Road. It is on the west (ocean) side of Rat U Thit road. Not too hard to find.
